Postal cut-off time for same-day dispatch is:
4pm Monday – Friday
Orders after this time will be dispatched the next working day
We do not currently dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.
Large or complex orders placed near to the 4pm collection time may go out next day in some cases
If using Tracked48 service, we will on occasion for operational reasons dispatch these a day later as Tracked24, giving you the same arrival time.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent automatically via email after they have been picked and dispatched.
This is usually around 3pm – 4:30pm each weekday.
If you have not received your tracking number by 5pm on day of dispatch, sometimes it might be filtered as a Junk/Spam so please check, if not, please send us a message.

We dispatch all of our parcels using plain unmarked brown or white boxes or jiffy bags.
Return address provided is to our fulfilment company “Choice Fulfilment Ltd” so even our company name does not appear on the exterior of your parcel at all.

Royal Mail Special Delivery – Next Day guaranteed service
Royal Mail Tracked24 – Tracked service offering next day aim with tracking. Although next day is an aim, its not a guarantee, some orders will be 1-2 days. Customer receives tracking details automatically upon dispatch. Includes weekend delivery.
Royal Mail Tracked48 – Tracked service offering 2 day aim with tracking. Although 2 day is an aim, its not a guarantee, some orders will be 2-4 days. Customer receives tracking details automatically upon dispatch. Includes weekend delivery.
Royal Mail Age Verification – To ensure all of our customers are 18+ we use Royal Mail age verification shipping. This check requires an adult with an ID to be present when receiving the parcel. We use this service at times to ensure our customers are all of legal age. If requiring standard Tracked postage, please contact us via email to perform the ID check before ordering.
Claims for missing items – In the event any tracked order is marked as delivered by the postal service, we must first process a claim investigating the issue, refunds or re-ship can only be offered once the claim process is completed, which is around 2-3 weeks after placing the claim.
Returns –We accept returns for any faulty items and offer a full refund once the item(s) received and inspected with in 14 days from the date you received your order. If the items deemed faulty we will refund you with in 14 days.
