At UK Vape Carts, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please carefully read our return policy below.

All returns of UK Vape Carts products must be approved in advance by UK Vape Carts’s customer support team at info@ukvapecarts.co.uk

Returns and Exchanges

At UK Vape Carts, products may be returned for any reason within the statutory 14-day cooling off period, provided the following conditions are met:

Unopened items, or opened, but in perfect condition and in original packaging:
If you have changed your mind, you are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. Providing your items are in perfect as-new condition. Return shipping is not covered by us in this instance, customers must cover the cost of any unwanted item returns. You may either use a prepaid return label provided by us (the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund), or return the item at your own expense using a shipping service of your choosing. Please send us an email if you would like us to set up a return label for you.

Steps to return unwanted items:
1. Please package your items safely, ensuring your name and order number is displayed either inside or on the box.
2. Arrange a shipment to our warehouse at:

(Recommend to use a tracked service for returns, to avoid anything getting lost on the return journey)

3. Upon arrival to our warehouse, please allow 2-3 working days for the inbound items to be processed by the goods-in department.
4. After booking your return in the system we will email you to confirm if you would like a Refund or Store Credit and will process this same day.
5. Refunds then take 1-3 working days to appear on the original purchase card.

Used vape cartridges:
We are unable to accept returns any cartridges that have been used, however any quality issues with cartridges are to be resolved via refund or replacements providing a satisfactory proof of any issues is provided.

Free gifts are excluded from returns and exchanges.

Additional Provisions


If the product is damaged during return shipping to us or parts are missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge additional fees. Therefore, please include complete photos of the product (including packaging) with your return request to demonstrate that it was in perfect condition prior to shipment.
Any free gifts included with your order must also be returned. Otherwise, a full refund cannot be issued.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund outbound shipping charges.


Quality Issues


If your product has a quality issue, contact our customer service directly. We require a photo or video proof to process any claims. Please contact us at info@ukvapecarts.co.uk for this including your proofs for any claims to be processed.

Quality issues raised without any proofs cannot be processed, so please ensure to include proof for any quality issues raised.
Poor quality proofs not clearly showing a defect also cannot be accepted. Please ensure you demonstrate any problem clearly with a picture or video for us to process a quality claim.

We will assist quickly and efficiently. Please note:

Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect. Customer service will review your case and advise on next steps (repair, replacement, or refund).
Products proven to be defective will be returned or replaced free of charge and all postage costs covered by us.
Free gifts or products damaged due to misuse, improper use, or damage are not covered.


Refund Options


What are my refund options?
All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment, whether that is your PayPal account or your bank account. The refund will cover the full product price, minus any return shipping costs (if applicable), as outlined in our return policy.

When will I receive my refund?
For bank card refunds, we will initiate the refund as soon as we receive notification that you have returned the item(s). Most banks process refunds within 1–3 business days.
