Orders and Shipping
Orders are dispatched same day if ordered by 4pm.
Large or complex orders placed near to the 4pm cut-off may go out next working day.
For UK Customers:
Choose Special Delivery for next day guarantee
Tracked 24 Service for next day aim, 1-2 day average.
Tracked 48 for 2 day service
Shipping times for customers outside of the UK:
Europe: 3-5 business days
Rest of World: 6-7 business days
Please also allow time for customs clearance for international orders, usually 1-5 days, although can be 1-2 weeks in busy times.
We use Royal Mail Tracked, and Royal Mail Signed services for shipping outside of the UK.(Please be advised, the customer is liable for any import taxes into your country if you are outside of the UK)

All orders are automatically provided with Royal Mail tracking reference upon dispatch. This is provided via email usually between 3pm-5pm on the day of dispatch.
Please check your Junk/Spam folder if you cannot find your tracking number email.
No, we do not hold your credit card information. All payments are processed securely using VivaWallet checkout and held in line with GDPR restrictions
Yes we charge VAT for UK customers at 20%. Customers from outside of the UK will not be charged VAT on your order, however you will be charged import tax in your own country to import the goods instead
We ship from the UK. Please see our International Shipping page for a list of supported countries we ship to
Yes, we ship in plan brown or white boxes without any markings

Returns and Exchanges
We offer 14 day no quibble returns! If you change your mind no problem, a full refund will be issued.
Cartridges can only be returned if they have not been used.
Refunds take 1-3 days to return to the card used for purchasing
In the unlikely event you received the wrong item, simply email us at info@ukvapecarts.co.uk and we will make it right for you. Please kindly include a picture to show the item recieved when contacting.
Please take a picture or short video clip to demonstrate the issue and let us know via email.
Our suppliers on most products offer a 90 day warranty, and we can resolve most warranty claims very promptly for customers.
Any damaged goods will be replaced right away. Please email us with details including a picture of the goods to us on info@ukvapecarts.co.uk
We provide pre-paid return labels for any faulty or incorrectly sent goods on our part. If you need to return an item please let us know via email
For customers who have changed their mind or wish to return their item for another reason, we do not have a pre-paid route, but can provide our return address if you reach out to us via email, returned goods should have the order number included and a refund will be proceed within 1-2 working days of return.

No problem, please let us know as soon as you can via email. It’s important this is done before the shipping label is printed and the order has a tracking number attached, as at this stage the order is already likely dispatched from our warehouse
